We've been here four times now, and it's an amazing place. The furnishings are very complete, yet everything still looks brand new. The kitchen has everything needed for grilling outside or making all sorts of meals indoors. The location is perfect too, with beautiful mountain views.

The walk to SPAR was a nice way to get to know Flachau, especially with all the snow around. We didn’t use the option to have essentials stocked in the fridge before we arrived, though it would have been handy. Our two families, seven kids aged 4-15, stayed in separate chalets just across the path from each other. The weather let us ski in and out, and the chalets had everything we needed, from bread service to dishwasher pods. When we ran out of fire starters, more were brought to our door quickly. The Guestfriend app answered questions well, and Simone and/or Birgit responded fast on WhatsApp or by phone whenever we needed them. The chalets were comfortable and just as lovely as we’d hoped. We wouldn’t change a thing and hope to come back soon.

Birgit&Claudia are such warm, genuinely lovely people, and we’ll definitely be back. The chalets feel like a dream, with lots of thoughtful little details and plenty of room. There were just two of us, so we had more space than we could use, and everything we needed was there. Thanks for such a lovely stay.
