I’ve never had a better vacation. The family is nice, the rooms are clean, and the garden has a beautiful view of the mountains.

We couldn’t use one of the two kitchens for meals because it had no cutlery or plates, though it could still be used for cooking and refrigeration. There was also barely any cleaning equipment for 10+ people across 5+ rooms, just one broom and three dustpans. Wi-Fi was advertised for the house but wasn’t available, and some rooms were dusty or dirty. In summer, flies were all around the house because of the nearby cow farm. One of the three refrigerators wasn’t working properly.

The ski bus stops right outside three times in the morning and afternoon, taking you to either of the two valley stations. There’s a ski storage room too, so gear is dry and ready for the next day. The apartment is clean, extremely well equipped, and close to the ski area, with a price that’s hard to beat for the location. The owners are friendly and helpful with questions. A lovely place near Leogang for a ski holiday, highly recommended!

Eva and Herrmann are thoughtful, kind hosts who always make us feel welcome. We’ve stayed here every year for 12 years and are extremely happy. In summer, we enjoy sitting in front of the house, looking out over meadows, pastures, and mountains. There’s plenty of privacy, and it feels like having our own little farmhouse. There are two places to stay: the old farmhouse for 14 people and a modern apartment for 10 (+2). The apartment has more modern furnishings and is a little smaller. The house is more spacious, with three toilets and a cosy living room with a tiled stove, which is lovely on cool summer nights or cold winter evenings. One refrigerator is currently broken, but the second one in the pantry is enough for us. The kitchen equipment is basic, but it’s always been sufficient. Highly recommended, and see you next year :)
