I’ve stayed here three times. The rooms are comfortable, breakfast is decent, the location is good and there’s parking out front. But prices went up while service went down: there are plastic cups in the rooms now, no milk lotion, and the internet blocks several low bandwidth services. On my latest booking inquiry, nobody replied, so I had to use a third party provider.

Modern, clean and spacious, with good beds and plenty of parking. It’s outside the city centre, but makes a perfect stop while travelling. Great value for money, even if you don’t boulder.

I liked the breakfast, despite what many other reviewers say. There was a nice selection of bread, sweets, cold cuts and cheese, plus boiled eggs. The hotel is handy for a road trip, with a large lot that’s easy to get into even in a bigger vehicle, and a mall with lots of food nearby. The raw concrete gives the rooms an unusual look that works while everything is still fairly new. One thing to know if you’re sharing: there’s no proper wall or door between the room and shower, so you’ll need to be comfortable seeing your travel mate undressed. Check-in is automated, which is nice, but the process is cumbersome. It would be better to give guests the required information when they book on the hotel’s website, or let them check in online early and just pick up keys on arrival. Payment at the machine is handled online, which may cause trouble with some card security settings or older debit cards such as Maestro.

A good choice for families with children. Hotel guests can use the outdoor playground and the indoor and outdoor climbing areas for free, paying only for shoes. The rooms were very clean. Breakfast doesn’t have much variety, but it’s a good option.
