The only real snag for us was the WiFi. The connection was weak on my phone, tablet, and laptop. Still, the apartment was so comfortable that I’m giving it 5 stars. If the WiFi were better, or you only needed it occasionally, it might be worth 6 out of 5. Holidays are about experiences, relaxing, and feeling good, after all. We stayed 8 days and had rain for only a day and a half, though the weather is the one thing no one can control. We couldn’t say goodbye in person because we left early in the morning, but my wife and I want to thank you again for a lovely holiday in beautiful surroundings. We hope the place continues to thrive. The apartment was large, beautifully furnished, and had a lovely view. It was quiet, especially in the evenings, with no traffic. Each apartment or room had a reserved parking spot, and there was a lockable room for bicycles. We stayed without meals, so I can’t rate the food, but the breakfast baskets prepared for individual rooms during the COVID pandemic looked varied and tasty. I recommend getting a Z-card if you enjoy active holidays. We’d stay in this apartment house again if we return to Lermoos.

We had a lovely stay, and the breakfast basket outside the door was a cute arrangement. Breakfast was great and had something for everyone, even people who eat everything: three kinds of cold cuts, cheese, yogurt, two eggs, juice, coffee, a little cake, and rolls. The eggs were cooked perfectly. We just wished we could take more of what we wanted. It’s a fantastic, quiet location, with the ski lift within walking distance. The rooms are a little dated but still have charm, and nothing was worn out. Our one other criticism was the TV: about laptop-sized and too far from both the bed and seating area. Our GPS also took a while to find the entrance, which sits among the houses in the second row. You need to use the neighbor’s driveway to get there. Better signs would help, especially when arriving in the dark. Those are minor quibbles, though, and our only complaints.

We had a wonderful holiday. The hostess was very friendly, and we enjoyed a lovely chat with her. The breakfast basket was fantastic, with everything you could want. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean, and the huge balcony had a beautiful view of the Zugspitze. The hotel is well placed for the town and the stunning surrounding area, with ski lifts and cable cars nearby.

The location next to the ski school and ski kindergarten was spot on. After a day on the slopes, check-in was easy and stress-free, and check-out was just as simple. Our room had a little refrigerator for keeping our own food and drinks cold. Waking up to the mountains, especially the Zugspitze, was a treat. The room was nice and clean, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast came in a basket delivered to the room. It was good and plentiful. All in all, a great package.
