Haus Talblick

We’ve been staying here for six months, and it’s been fantastic. The apartment is huge, with two separate bedrooms, a living room, bathroom and kitchen. It’s beautifully decorated in Austrian style and perfectly clean. There’s a small hall with a heater for ski boots, and skis can be stored in the shed. The bus stops right outside, or you can walk 15 minutes or drive to Lermoos. It’s ideal if you want space and an affordable apartment, €820 for a week during spring break. Fresh rolls can be delivered to the door every morning, if you like, all arranged by the lovely hostess. For nearby restaurants, it’s best to book at least a day ahead. The ski school in Lermoos is busy and the groups are large. With our two kids, aged 9/12, we felt it was more childcare than teaching. Apart from that, everything was perfect :)

The view was beautiful, and the hostess was so friendly. The guesthouse was lovely and very clean.

Breakfast was good, even with the extra work involved because of Covid. The rooms were always clean, and the place made us feel right at home.
