Our bicycles even had their own dedicated space, and we didn’t lack for anything. The owner was very friendly. From the wraparound balcony, you can see Grubigstein, while the house also looks out toward the Zugspitze and Sonnenspitze. It’s a renovated farmhouse with a lovely mix of traditional and modern touches. The apartments looked brand new, and the whole place was spotless, clean enough that some people said you could eat off the floor.

Christian gave us useful tips for hiking and cycling, and even provided a place to park our e-bikes. We had a wonderful holiday at his place. The room was modern and practical, very, very clean, and the view of the Zugspitze was sensational. Five stars don’t feel like enough. We’ll definitely be back next year. 👍

Christian’s hiking advice was always detailed and really worthwhile. The apartment was clean, quiet, and nicely furnished, and if anything was missing, he made it happen. We had a wonderful time here and would love to come back.

Mr. Fasser was very welcoming and gave us helpful information about the area, including hiking and mountain biking trails. We stayed nine nights in a clean, modern, practical apartment. The location in Lermoos is excellent, and there’s a supermarket very close by.

The supermarket and bakery are just 200 meters away, with everything you need, and there are lots of easily accessible attractions nearby for fun days out. The surroundings are stunning. Host Christian is a really nice guy, helpful and full of information, and he’ll even accommodate special requests. I was there in August 2020, and it’s still worth recommending. The rooms are bright, modern, quiet, beautifully furnished, and absolutely spotless. You feel right at home here. We’ll definitely be back!
