The owner is very friendly and easy to reach, and we’re feeling right at home during our stay. We love the breathtaking views from the living room, bedroom, and terrace. The valley is beautiful and has countless things to do. The location is quiet but still very close to the sights and amenities. The beds are comfortable, and the apartment has everything we need. The new terrace chairs are comfortable, too. A few things are due to be replaced in the fall, but that hasn’t taken away from our stay.

We’ve returned several times because the Leutasch high valley works so well for holidays in every season. Apartment Neumond is spacious for four, well-equipped, and on the ground floor. Its sun terrace is fantastic and very large.

Emmat is idyllic and very quiet, with a fantastic view, but we wouldn’t stay here again. We chose the place after reading so many positive reviews, and came away disappointed. The apartment felt worn and wasn’t clean enough, with cobwebs in corners and on the LED strips. The furnishings were practically all IKEA, and the property and outdoor areas felt dingy. The terrace furniture and parasol were in poor shape, with the parasol fabric starting to unravel. Plaster was coming off in spots in both the living room and bedroom. The dishwasher didn’t work properly, its cutlery basket was broken, and the extractor fan and oven hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. There had also been black mold in the shower for some time, and none of these issues were addressed during our stay. We got about 6% of the rent back as “compensation.” The online photos are all more than ten years old.

The quiet location has a direct view of the Hohe Munde, and the ground-floor apartment is well set up for four, with a big living and dining area. I especially love the huge terrace, where you can sit in the sun for most of the day. As someone who’s keen on outdoor sports, I find the area ideal for training in both summer and winter, whether trail running, biking, or cross-country skiing.
