The view from the balcony was fantastic, and the location was great. We were also pleasantly surprised by how modern the place actually is, since the pictures on Booking.com look much more dated. Everything was very clean, and we were really satisfied. The staff were incredibly friendly.

The Bader family were courteous and helpful, and the apartment was excellent value. We appreciated the heated room for storing our shoes and skis, the covered parking, and the option to reserve the small sauna. Fresh bread for the next morning was available to order, and it was very good. My husband and I were really pleased with the place. It was very clean, well organized, and furnished with everything we needed, including kitchen utensils and linens. Direct access to the slopes was especially convenient.

This was our second stay with the friendly Bader family, and it certainly won’t be our last. We’re a married couple aged 69 and 65, and spent a very pleasant, relaxing holiday there in July. The apartment was very clean and practically furnished, with everything adequate for our needs. The linen package was more than generous, and we enjoyed the mountain view from the balcony. The bread delivery service was a great bonus. Many hikes and excursions nearby are easy to reach from the accommodation.

We’d definitely like to come back next year if we can. There are plenty of lovely hikes and other activities nearby, and Apartmenthaus Bader is a great base for them. We spent a week in Leutasch. The hosts were friendly and helpful, and the apartment had everything we needed. We also enjoyed the balcony and its wonderful view. The bread delivery worked perfectly, and we could even get fresh eggs from the owners' happy chickens.

We found a lovely, clean entrance, with stairs that were easy to manage, and the hotel staff gave us an exceptionally warm welcome. The rooms were tidy and elegant, each with its own name, and there’s free private parking with shaded areas. This is a beautiful hotel cottage in the heart of the quiet, charming village of Lustach. It’s conveniently close to Garmisch and other tourist attractions in southern Germany, with plenty of other lovely sites nearby. A good choice if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Relaxation is key. 👍🏻
