Pension Margret

The house is tucked away in a very quiet spot at the edge of the forest, with covered parking that’s handy in winter. There’s a lightly trafficked road about 200 meters away, and the cross-country ski trail is roughly two minutes from the house. In summer, it makes a good base for hiking and cycling, and there’s a supermarket and several restaurants within easy walking distance. We’ve stayed at Pension Margret twice and have already booked another holiday. The owners are friendly and accommodating. The first time, in September 2019, we had apartment number 4, which we think is the best in the house. Its east and south facing balconies look out over the Leutasch Valley and surrounding mountains. In February, we stayed in apartment number 3, with an east facing balcony and a lovely valley view. Both apartments are comfortable, with good amenities, rustic and attractive pine furniture, and comfortable beds. One small detail: apartment number 2 doesn’t have a dishwasher. We highly recommend the guesthouse and look forward to returning to Pension Margret. I’ve attached a few photos of the panoramic view.

The valley around Leutasch was beautiful, and the apartment was quiet and comfortable. I stayed for a week, and the price was affordable.

The balcony at the pension looks out onto a very beautiful view. Everything was exceptionally clean, and Mrs. Margaret and her husband were so respectful and refined.
