The breakfast buffet was delicious with plenty of choice, and the food in general was good. We also enjoyed the beautiful view and fresh air. But there were several things that got in the way of the relaxing stay we'd expected. We booked one of the Hotel Kristall apartments so we could cook, and added breakfast. Only when we arrived did we learn that pool and sauna access cost €59 per person per day for apartment guests. That wasn't mentioned on the website before or after booking, which was really disappointing. Unlike the rest of the hotel, our apartment hadn't been nicely renovated. It had a 70s/80s style, bathrooms that smelled of mold, and windows without screens, so bugs could get in. On hot days, with no AC or fans, we needed to keep the windows open for airflow. The website said toiletries would be provided, but they weren't. When we raised it at the front desk, they didn't understand the issue, then later brought us two bottles of body wash, with no conditioner or lotion. The TVs weren't smart TVs, and many channels didn't work. It would have been nice to use one on the rainy days we had. There were a lot of roadblocks to the relaxing hotel stay that had been advertised.

The wellness area was complimentary for hotel guests, and the outdoor infinity pool was very clean with a beautiful view. The indoor pool was lovely too, with a nice resting area beside it. The sauna had beautiful views, though it took a while to warm up when nobody was inside. Breakfast was excellent, and the dinner salad bar was okay. Dinner only had a set menu, with no a la carte option, which we didn't like. We also found the wellness area, including the pools, closed too early at 19:00. The rooms were clean and nicely renovated. Underground parking requires a reservation in advance.

We spent a week here during peak season and always felt welcome. Even with the hotel completely booked, it never felt too crowded, and the service was perfect throughout. The rooms, food, hotel, and SPA were all very nice. Thanks for a great holiday ❤️

The infinity pool is stunning, and the service always made us feel at home. It's a beautiful hotel near magical places, and a perfect spot to enjoy some well-deserved rest.

We had nowhere to sleep that night, so we found this hotel. The staff were really friendly, and there were lots of drink options at the bar. There's an infinity pool too. My only complaint was the shower, which had an old douche. Thank you!
