The pool, sauna, and games room were very good, and I appreciated having three dinner menus to choose from. Our room was spacious, but it still had an old, stained carpet, even though some rooms have been renovated. The hotel doesn't feel like it's worth four stars. The dog charge was €10 a day, which I could accept, but then we were barred from the nice dining room and sent to the old restaurant section. That area really needed a coat of paint, and being moved there felt like too much. Service was badly organized, and the staff seemed passive. Even basic greetings like “hello,” “enjoy your meal,” and “good evening” seemed missing from their vocabulary. At checkout, I felt more like I was leaving a youth hostel than a four-star hotel. I handed over my badges and the receptionist gave me a thumbs-up while turning to the next customer. It wasn't a language issue, since I speak German too. This is the first time I've left a hotel without anyone saying goodbye or see you soon.

The rooms were just right and well looked after, and the staff were friendly and efficient. We spent a week at this hotel in Austria, and the food was delicious with plenty of choice each day. Well done to everyone. I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

The breakfast was quite nice, though dinner was a bit disappointing. We stayed in the Gasthaus, where the showers felt too small, and adding a curtain made showering annoying. “Get off me, curtain!” The staff were kind and attentive, and the girl at reception was sweet. There’s a huge free parking area, which was very convenient. The pool was a little colder than I expected, but a few minutes in the sauna sorted that out. I’d probably stay here again.

The service from the waiters and housekeeping was top quality, but the receptionist was unfriendly and arrogant at both check-in and checkout. The infrastructure dates back to the seventies and eighties, and this is really an apartment hotel rebranded as a four-star hotel without any changes. On the fifth day, the day before the last, we had to change tables because loyal customers were arriving. The breakfast and salad buffet had no cooling, which didn't seem hygienic.

The staff were friendly and the location was good, but the rooms feel like they're from the 1990s and the internet was far too slow. There was no music in the dining areas. The food was just about okay, not great. This might have been a four-star hotel 25 years ago, but it certainly doesn't feel like one now.
