Apartments CITY Stadion

We could barely stand being there longer than necessary. The apartment smelled like a burst sewer pipe, with mold everywhere and air that felt damp and heavy. The whole place seemed unhygienic. There was also a huge garbage container right outside the entrance, smelling just as bad. The mattress had no support at all. Sitting on it felt like sinking straight into West Germany, leaving a soft hole around your body. The plastic-like duvets made sleeping without waking up soaked in sweat impossible, even though we knew there was no air conditioning. Everything felt wet and sticky. A recent Google review mentioned bed bugs, and now we understand why it’s the only one the owners never replied to. It’s probably true. During our short stay, we saw other guests who seemed to be using the apartment for one-night stays, which didn’t make us feel safer or more comfortable. We tried calling to complain, but nobody answered, and staff were unreachable and unhelpful. Do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.
