Henriette Stadthotel Vienna

The room above the kitchen was noisy in the mornings, the air-conditioning was loud at night, and there were a few stains on the carpet. It would also have been nice to have at least one English TV option. Those were small drawbacks in an otherwise lovely stay. We especially liked the organic breakfast, with high quality produce. The honey and jams were so good we took some home. The hotel feels cosy and family run, and the staff at reception and breakfast were consistently kind, helpful and quick to respond. Its central location, with the subway right outside, made getting around easy. The beds were comfortable, though the mattress might benefit from being flipped. We also appreciated that the room was cleaned without chemicals, in keeping with the hotel’s care for guests and the environment. We’d happily recommend it and would love to return.

The metro is very close, and the area is peaceful and quiet. We appreciated how child friendly the hotel was with our 2 year old toddler, and we’re already planning to stay here again when we return to Vienna. We took the time to write because the people here really deserve it. Everyone, from reception to breakfast, was so nice. Breakfast was amazing, with biological products, and the hotel is ecological in everything it does, even the shower. Thank you!

We liked the organic breakfast concept, and were surprised by how baby friendly the hotel is. The room was nice, room service was great, and the staff were really friendly. It’s easy to get to Vienna city center by metro or on foot, and we’d definitely recommend staying here. A few things the team could improve are the elevator, water pressure and bathroom ventilation system.

The hotel had a relaxed vibe, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. We loved the spacious, gorgeous room and the very comfortable bed. Breakfast had a lovely fresh selection, and the location was great, just across the road from the metro station with a few nice restaurants nearby. We’d definitely stay again.
