The balcony is unusable, just full of junk, and the appliances and refrigerator are in the same sorry state. Inside, the apartment is barely furnished, with everything looking like it could have come from bulky waste. I walked into the building and was hit by the smell of mold, which is everywhere, and the apartment is no better. Even cheap Ikea furniture would have been an improvement. This apartment is a disgrace.

His review is slanderous. Mr. Fruchtzweig never stayed here. He was a traveling merchant who disliked the stall the city council assigned him at the Urfahr market, so he left in a huff.
