The location in the old town was great, close to the main square, attractions, restaurants and cafes. The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable, though the pillows were too soft. The price felt fair for what you got. Check-in was a mess: the entrance machine couldn't find our reservation because we didn't understand which booking number it wanted, then the card machine failed too. After 20 minutes on the phone, they gave us codes to get into the hotel and room. They should just use codes from the start.

We had a good stay with the family. Great location and service, and the rooms were really nice and clean.

The location put us right in the city center with everything close by. Our room was clean and was cleaned every day, and the bed was super comfortable. Had a great experience overall.

The location is great, with Chinese food and Mickey D's just a stone's throw away. The beds were okay, towels were provided, and the cleaning was alright. For the price, it wasn't bad, but some things need fixing or replacing. Check-in and check-out were a pain: before 3pm, the machine wouldn't code the tickets and only showed an error, with no explanation. On the way out, it wasn't working at all. There's no car park, so I left my car at the nearby underground Elisabeth car park, which cost 19.50 for 24 hours.

I stayed in room 201 in June 2025. The morning after, I found several small red spots grouped close together on my leg, which looked highly typical of bed bug bites. I contacted the hotel right away and sent photos. They refused a refund or compensation, referring to their monitoring traps and saying they hadn't found an issue. There was no independent investigation, and they didn't take the problem seriously. I know isolated issues can happen even in clean hotels, but how guests are treated when something goes wrong matters. The response in my case was disappointing and unbelievably uncooperative. Based on this experience, I can't recommend the hotel.
