We arrived at 11 PM after a long train ride and found that the apartment had no AC, even though this had been confirmed before we booked. The woman I called insisted on trying to find AC, as if I didn’t know what it was, then said she was looking for another apartment. We were there with our four-year-old, and after 30 minutes of waiting with no reply, she finally confirmed there was no AC. She said that if we wanted a refund, we’d have to leave immediately, in the middle of the night with a small child. A very bad experience. It felt like a fraud.

The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed. It suited our family of four well, with one bedroom and a living area that included a sofa bed. Grocery stores and a supermarket are nearby.

It’s lively and busy outside, but the apartment itself was peaceful and well equipped. The location is great.

A big thank you to Mrs. Salome, the Manager at Nadland Apartments in Vienna. She’s an incredible person, so supportive, and really leads by example when it comes to putting customers first. Nadland Apartments are lucky to have her on the team. Mrs. Salome made me feel at home in Vienna, and I’ll usually choose Nadland Apartments.

Not recommended. They didn't refund me after I cancelled, even though the rules said they should.
