The staff at Antica Locanda were friendly and personal, with helpful suggestions and good timing between courses. I enjoyed the homemade seafood tagliolini and wood-fired pizza, both fresh and comforting. We started with a mixed antipasto platter, including vitello tonnato and seafood, which had bold, balanced flavors. The brick-vaulted room, red-checkered tablecloths, and classic Italian feel made for a cozy dinner. I’ll be back for more pasta and that atmosphere.

The huge menu made it hard to choose, so we took our time, and I liked the way they cook. I appreciated the garlic oil and spicy oil served as appetizers. Despite it being Mother’s Day, we got a table, and the service was quick and attentive. My drink was regularly topped up even though there didn’t seem to be many staff. The decor could be better. It isn’t as fancy as La Ruffa or Da Giulio, although the prices are much the same. I was happy with the meal and recommend the place.

A warm, authentic place with good food at a good price. It’s a family-run restaurant, and the staff were very kind. The menu has a wide range of Italian dishes, from salads and meat or fish to pasta and pizza. Nothing complicated, just a lovely atmosphere.

All of it was gorgeous! The cappuccino was excellent, and the homemade tiramisu was delicious and beautifully presented. A special thank you to Olesea for such kind, heartfelt, hospitable service. I fully recommend this place.

We celebrated my husband’s birthday here yesterday. The waiters brought him a cake and sang to him, which was really nice of them. The food was very tasty, and the cake was delicious.
