10/10
I stayed in student housing, in a simple but clean room. The shared kitchen was also very clean and had a fridge, microwave, stove, plates, pots, and cutlery. There’s easy walking access to public transport, the Danube, and the inner city. For a solo traveller wanting somewhere convenient and low cost, it’s a good option: very clean, with useful facilities and staff who were helpful and responsive.

The receptionist was genuinely welcoming, polite, and helpful, and that kind of professionalism stood out to me as someone from the hotel industry. My business room was spotless, with a cozy bed and high-quality linens, simple but comfortable. At €61 a night with all taxes included, it’s a great deal. Shops are only a few minutes away on foot, and the city center is about 15 minutes away. I’ll stay here again. It’s clean, comfortable, and hassle-free.

8/10
The room was spacious, with a clean bed, sheets, towels, and bathroom, and I slept very comfortably. I’d been riding for several days and was between stops, carrying all my belongings and immigration documents as a foreigner. The efficient, capable front desk staff kindly kept my things safe while showing me the room, then took me to the basement bike storage. She patiently explained who could enter, how to access the locked bike area, the price, and checkout.

I booked the room on 27.02.2023, and it was horribly cold at night. The heating either wasn’t working or had been switched off, and the cold kept me from sleeping. Also, the hot water in the bathroom was stable.

Really comfortable for this price range. There was some strange, loud opera singing from the room above for two hours, which was unsettling, but the night was quiet after that, so all good.
