Traveling alone, I found the room just right: quiet, comfortable, and undisturbed. The hosts were extremely kind and friendly, which made for an excellent experience. I highly recommend dealing with them. Waleed.

We stayed in a top-floor room with a shower and sink, and slept with the windows open. The floors creak, but that adds charm to a house more than 100 years old. If you like cows with bells, you'll be in for a treat. The people running the guesthouse were very hospitable, and we enjoyed dinner and drinks there, along with a lovely surprise concert. Would highly recommend.

The quiet, secluded location and immaculately clean rooms made for a very happy stay, and the service was lovely. We reached Gasthaus Moosegg by cablecar and were met by Patrick's mum. Soon we had ordered a delicious meal with cold beers, and Patrick was an exceptionally friendly, amiable host who made sure nothing was too much trouble. Very happy to recommend Gasthaus Moosegg to anyone!

The service and warmth from the owners and staff were incredible, the food was great, and the atmosphere felt personal. Owners and guests played traditional music together, which I loved. The rooms are simple, tidy, and well kept. Toilets are on the floor and very small, and the old wooden floors creak with every step, so you won't get much secluded privacy.

I only tried the restaurant, and it was very good. I especially like the käsespätzle and the pfannkuchen with the apfelmuss.
