Holiday Inn Innsbruck Hotel

It was very quiet at night, and having a shopping mall nearby was convenient. The hotel is about 3 km from the center of Innsbruck, so it’s a bit outside town and quieter. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Reception staff were welcoming. I booked through an online platform and appreciated being told ahead of time that renovations might cause some noise. I didn’t hear any during my Saturday-to-Sunday stay. Breakfast was okay, though for the price I would have expected a bit more.

The restaurant was a highlight, with delicious food and really friendly, attentive service. Staff also changed the fresh linens and towels daily, and the bathroom stayed spotless and well maintained. Thanks for the warm hospitality. Maybe I’d come back for another short stay. I was there alone for a week, and it was decent for a short visit, though the room could use some updating. The carpet looked stained and dirty, and there were patches on the walls. The A/C temperature couldn’t be adjusted because it was centrally controlled, so only steam heating was available. Not having a kettle, tea, or coffee was a small inconvenience after a long day.

Breakfast the next morning had lots of choices, and everything was really delicious. The hotel staff were so kind and friendly, from reception to the restaurant waitress. They made our stay last week feel wonderful. Highly recommend.

The rooms feel a bit old-fashioned, but the bed was comfortable and there was a safe and a small fridge. Staff were helpful, and the mountains around the hotel made for nice views. Breakfast gets simply chaotic when groups are there. It’s in the suburbs, though it’s easy to reach the old town by bus. The ticket is free if you stay two nights or more. Not a bad option overall, and the price felt okay for what you get.
