We came by to charge our e-bikes and have a drink. The staff were so polite and helpful. Would definitely recommend.

We left without ever being seated. After booking dinner, we came back the next day and were directed toward the restaurant in a rather passive-aggressive way by the woman at the counter. Earlier, she had already seemed a bit rude. When we asked the restaurant staff if we could sit outside, the woman there snapped, “NO. You sit inside,” in a pretty aggressive tone. It felt especially odd because the restaurant itself looked lovely, and the kids’ playground was great.

The marmalade was really good, but there wasn't much of it. I paid 22 euros for what felt like being charged for three breakfasts, though at most we got two: two coffees, an orange juice, five pieces of bread, two small cheeses, butter, and four little pots of marmalade. I didn't complain at the time, but felt seriously taken advantage of. The place was okay, though I wondered if they don't like Americans, or perhaps tourists in general.

I stayed here for a few days with my kids, and we loved it. The service and kitchen staff were excellent. I'd highly recommend Muhlpointhof for a vacation.

After a busy day on the slopes, the spa was a wonderful bonus. A fantastic place to stay, and the staff were lovely.
