Beautiful surroundings, friendly and welcoming people, and everything was spotless. It was nice being able to sit outside with other guests from the apartment. Simply fantastic.

Our holiday apartment No. 2 was lovely, with a view of the beautiful garden. Trudy and Fred were friendly and very helpful, and we had a few peaceful, relaxing days here. The house is right in the heart of Lofer's lovely center, but it's still quiet, and everything is within walking distance. Thank you! 😀

We've spent every winter with Fred and Trudy for nine years now, and we feel very much at home there. It's a lovely family-run place. The ski lift is a short walk away, with a butcher and baker just around the corner. We love coming back each year! 😊

The Van Loon family made us feel welcome again, and there was always time for a good chat. They know so much about the area. The host's e-bike tours are well worth doing, too. After a few years away, we came back to Schmidsendl in Lofer for two wonderful weeks. The apartments are beautiful and spacious, with a lovely garden, a nice terrace and covered space, plus a cozy stube for evenings. Everything we needed was walkable, including the supermarket, bakery, butcher, swimming pool and lifts to the Loferer Alm.
