We stayed for two nights, and the room had enough space for all our things. The buffet wasn’t huge, but what we tried was tasty. The staff were lovely and helpful. Full-day thermal entry was the best part, including a full day on our last day, and the direct connection to the thermal baths was great.

The dinner buffet was quite alright, the room was nice, and the service was friendly. But I felt nickeled and dimed. After paying nearly 600 euros for one night, there still seemed to be something extra to pay for. The rooms are expensive, yet a glass of tap water with dinner cost 2 euros. The lunch snack was pretty meager, with lots of mushy, overcooked vegetables swimming in vinegar. Even the Topfenstrudel, which I got to feel a bit fuller, was over 7 euros. The hotel itself wasn’t especially attractive either. I can see why someone compared it to an upscale Reha clinic. There were no nice views from our room, and the surrounding area felt like an architectural mess. Pipes, roofs, or car parks were right in front, with the car parks noisy at 5am.

There’s plenty of room at the indoor and outdoor pools, with lots of sunbeds, and the hotel-only wellness area is very well run. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the standards are high. Food was delicious, with big breakfast and dinner buffets plus soup and salads at noon. The staff were friendly and helpful too. A brilliant place to relax.

The price was good, and the room was nice, though a little dirty. The spa was pleasant, but the poorly kept vegetation around the pond gave off a terrible smell. You can’t use the restaurant without a reservation.

The service was kind and friendly, and the food was excellent. It felt quiet enough to enjoy a proper rest, and the hotel is close to the thermal bath. Good value for the money.
