The pool and sauna were just what we wanted after skiing, and the free shuttle to and from the ski lift made getting around easy. It’s a short walk into the town centre, which was a small drawback. My wife and I had a 10/10 stay and would happily come back. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and breakfast was excellent. Aussies visiting should check out 'Simple Food & Drinks' and meet the owner from Australia, he’s a legend!

We spent Christmas in Kitzbuhel with our daughter, and my husband and I would definitely return. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the city centre. The rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious, with a walk-in closet and another closet in the main bedroom. There’s also a balcony with magnificent mountain views. The pool area was spectacular, and we really enjoyed the gym, which has modern techno gym machines. The food was amazing on half board: breakfast was great, and dinner was on the level of a premium restaurant, nothing like the usual half board at other hotels in this category. The service was professional, kind and efficient. All the staff were great, especially the Greek team at the front desk, restaurant hostess desk, restaurant service and massage. I want to praise them all. Congratulations, and thank you. I really recommend this hotel. This review is well deserved.

The panoramic pool is fabulous, with lovely views over the city, and the lobby bar was a highlight too. The Argentinian bartender provided excellent service. It was our first stay at this hotel, although our third time in Kitzbühel, and my partner and I were delighted.

We’ve celebrated Christmas here three times, and this visit felt far more overbooked than any before. Staff and guests were put under too much pressure, and I’d urge the Harisch Hotel group not to put everyone through that again. Towels were often missing at the pool, breakfast items ran out quickly, and dinner came with waits of over an hour even when we had a reservation. This was down to the hotel group overbooking, not the staff. Christmas at the Lebenberg was still festive and delicious, and we even got a bit of snow. A special shoutout to the bartenders and waitstaff who went above and beyond over the holidays: Lautaro, Ilya, Dailbor, and the Queen herself, Franzi!

The pool was wonderful, and Medea gave me the best massage ever. The bartenders were so kind, and I loved the restaurant menu and food. Great location and staff too. I had a wonderful stay and totally recommend it!
