We loved staying at this family-run hotel. The food was delicious, and after skiing the sauna and pool were just right for relaxing. The staff were pleasant and very polite, and they speak English. We highly recommend it.

We’ve stayed here twice in two years while traveling around Spittal an der Drau, and both visits went great. Felix and Markus were helpful and courteous, and everyone else on staff was just as pleasant. We’ll definitely come back.

Dear travelers, the online photos look far better than the place did in reality. Booking and speaking with him on the phone, everything seemed excellent. But after I paid in advance and arrived, his behavior changed completely. I didn’t recognize the room from the pictures, which looked very different. That’s my view, and I can’t recommend this hotel.

The manager went out of his way for us, and the staff were friendly throughout. They served delicious food, and the range of services is great for the price. Very good value.

Dinner was a tasty three-course meal, with soup or salad, a main, and dessert. Breakfast was a good sweet and savory spread with freshly baked hot bread and everything we needed. Don’t expect the usual continental breakfast buffet with lots of waste. We enjoyed the food a lot.
