The pool is beautiful, with a lovely mountain view, and the owner was very helpful. We stayed 3 nights in a family suite with what I’d say is the best view in the hotel. Breakfast was good, though the choices were limited. The hotel gave us a discount book, which got us some nice discounts on tickets to the main attraction in Zell am see. There was no ion in the room, even though we’d booked a family suite. One bedroom light didn’t work, and the Wi-Fi wasn’t as strong in the room as I’d expected. The bathroom door didn’t lock, and the body wash container was by the washbasin rather than near the shower. For this price and room, I’d expect a fan or remote air conditioner in summer.

Breakfast with a view of the landscape was spectacular, and the swimming pool was very nice too. The hotel is so welcoming, in a lovely town.

Peter, his wife and the team make everyone feel welcome. They aim to provide guests with the best service at all times, and the wellness area is really nice and a must see.
