We stayed for six nights, from 23-29 December 2023. The apartment is lovely and fully equipped, but the heating made it uncomfortable in winter. It was set to just 21C in the living room and 19C in the bedroom, and the ground floor had a very cold floor. The radiators only ran for a few hours, so there was no way to dry our ski boots, gloves, or other gear. On the third day, the owner raised the settings by 2C at our request, but it still felt cold, especially in the living room in the mornings when the night setting was lower. The ski equipment drying issue remained. There are no facilities for drying ski boots. I think this would be a wonderful summer apartment, but not for winter.

I’d happily come back again and again, and felt the stay was worth what I paid. I rented the small apartment from September 28th until October 2nd, mainly for a few quiet days. The owner, Christine, was respectful and helpful. She waited for me until 8 pm and kept in touch on WhatsApp. She also suggested places to see and good routes. Her wife was respectful too. The kitchen had everything needed, plus games and a PlayStation. If you’re looking for peace and comfort, I’d recommend staying here without children so you can enjoy the quiet. Thank you, Christine, for those lovely days. It was away from cow dung and the highway. The only things I missed were a bidet in the bathroom and a washing machine in the small apartment. There were no summer cards.

Cristiano gave us a warm welcome and was generous and very helpful. The apartment was spacious, comfortable, clean, and professionally equipped. The kitchen and bathroom had cleaning supplies, and there were coffee makers, filters, and capsules. Each apartment has its own outdoor seating area for breakfast or coffee. There’s also ironing equipment, games, a PlayStation, and Wi-Fi. Zel am See and Salvadin are 10 minutes away. A supermarket and Makhiz Pharmacy are 3 minutes away. Thanks, Cristiano.
