We had a couple of nights here while travelling on to Vienna, and the area around the hotel was magical. We found some amazing hikes nearby. See the photo. The setting is quite secluded, which gives the place an authentic feel. The decor could use a little care and feels dated, but everything was spotless and hygienic. We had an issue due to circumstances, though it was handled efficiently and professionally.

We'd happily stay here again. The apartment was very well equipped, and there are lots of parking spaces right outside. It was all very clean, with some modern updates, and the host was friendly. Getting around the area from here was easy.

We enjoyed the quiet setting and friendly landlords. The bakery in Maishofen is still close by, and Lake Zell is about a 10-minute bike ride away. The spacious apartment was clean and well equipped, with balconies facing both east and west. From the east balcony, you can see the donkey farm next door. We'd love to return!
