There was a cold pool and a sauna on site, and the rooms had everything we needed, including a dishwasher, drip coffee maker and microwave. The place is cheap if you're traveling by car, and the location worked out perfectly for us. A great option to come back to next time. We didn't try breakfast, so I can't comment on it.

The pool was too cold for us to swim in, and the building isn't the newest. Still, our apartment was roomy and had a fully equipped kitchen. The nearest village is about ten minutes away, but that's easy by car, and Kaprun's ski area is roughly 20 minutes away. Good value for money.

I loved the authentic family feel here, even if some people might mistake it for being outdated. The staff were nice, the cleaning service was good, and the value for money was the best I've ever had. The room was set up well for cooking, and it's very family friendly. The Alps views were phenomenal. I had a solo swim in the warm pool for a full hour, and I won't forget it. The hotel itself is great, with breathtaking scenery, though highway noise at night and some kind of nearby factory slightly spoil the view. We didn't try the food, but everything else was excellent.

I wouldn't recommend this place, especially if you don't have a car. It's far away, and the staff weren't friendly. My booking included breakfast, but they refused to provide it until I showed proof. When I checked out, they also demanded extra money for damage we hadn't caused, which I refused to pay. Getting around was a challenge, and I couldn't cancel, so it felt like the hotel was taking advantage of the situation instead of offering affordable alternatives. Take photos before and after your stay, and don't use their envelope check-in system. A staff member should be there.
