Watching the sun come up over the mountains from the balcony at Haus Obernig is hard to beat. The house is simply furnished in an Austrian style, but it has everything we need: comfortable beds and kitchen appliances. My family has been coming here every year since I was four, sometimes staying at the campsite, which closed three years ago, and sometimes in the house. Some of my happiest childhood memories are from these holidays. The family who runs the house is incredibly friendly. If you're staying in Mallnitz and hoping to make good holiday memories, this is a lovely choice.

The apartment was roomy and had everything we needed. It was also very clean, and the host family were kind and ready to help. I'd definitely recommend it.
