The solo traveler feels at home here, thanks to the warm welcome and genuine friendliness. The service is top-notch, and the lady at reception and in service deserves a special mention. The owner is lucky to have someone so service-minded and good at multitasking at the front desk. The sauna was off, but they offered to turn it on just for me, no problem. The food was great, the spa was nice, and the clean room had a lovely view. With service like that, the stay was well worth it. Thanks again to the lovely lady and, of course, the cook for being so professional and friendly. I’d gladly come back!

I really wouldn’t recommend working here. My girlfriend and I worked at this hotel over the winter season, but they didn’t pay us the seasonal money and we received much less than we were supposed to. The management was very bad, and I saw a lot of disgusting things in the kitchen. The boss and his granddaughter kept leftovers from guests’ plates. My girlfriend was a waitress and sometimes got only 5 euros as a tip. The boss and the Austrian waitress shared the rest.

The location is very good and the price was good too. The bathroom was super clean, and the staff were super friendly and cooperative. The place was very clean overall, though the carpet was a little spotty. I found breakfast a bit boring.
