Haus Lederstube

Our booked and paid accommodation in Maria Alm (Austria) was canceled by the owner without a concrete, verifiable explanation. We had booked for a large group and already finalized the entire holiday schedule. It wasn't canceled right before we were due to leave, but finding a suitable replacement for a group this size is still complicated and takes time. The cancellation has left us facing uncertainty, extra costs, and clear inconvenience. We expect the owner and Belvilla to take responsibility by arranging an equivalent alternative and fair compensation, as you'd expect from a professional rental organization. Canceling a confirmed booking unilaterally without a clear reason seems negligent and falls short of reasonable expectations for an agreement. We hope this is resolved properly and quickly.

We paid the full amount weeks ago after booking through Booking.com with Belvilla, but our reservation has now been canceled too. I wouldn't recommend this house.

The apartments are beautiful and modern, and the ski storage room is excellent. The landlady was very friendly and helpful. It's only a few minutes on foot to the Abergbahn cable car and the Intersport-Rent ski rental shop. We'll be back! 👍

We booked through Belvilla, but the property owner canceled without giving a reason. Now our vacation is gone.
