The best part was the staff at reception and in the restaurant. They were friendly and cheerful, which made it a pleasure to come back each day. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and we enjoyed the lovely views, terrace, tennis courts, parking, and access to the rocky beach. As a family, we felt cramped. The rooms are fairly large by area, but feel narrow, and there's not much space overall. There's no spa or sauna, the outdoor pool is small, and there's no indoor pool. A sauna area or play spaces for children could earn the hotel another star. The excellent service and restaurant do make up for a lot, and I'd recommend the place.

The property is high quality, with huge, ultra-modern suites and great pools and spa. I was struck by how much fine metalwork, glass, stainless steel, and quality fixtures had gone into the place. Florian was extremely helpful, professional, and hospitable, and all his staff were exemplary. Manfred, Swen, and Mario were fantastic waiters. The five-star restaurant serves some of the most delicious dishes we've ever had, with a gorgeous lake view. We ate every meal at the hotel after our first one. Try their versions of typical Austrian dishes. Prices are very reasonable for a top-notch hotel resort, but it's not for someone on a tight budget. You need to call or email for reservations. They don't do typical marketing, and probably don't need to.

The suite and balcony had an unbelievably great view. The rooms are super modern, and the service, facilities, and whole property were great. Thanks to the owners and staff for running this aparthotel. I'll be back 👍
