Alpenrose

The spa was a dream, the kids club was perfectly organized, and everything ran smoothly and thoughtfully. Facilities were a solid 10 out of 10. From July 6th to 11th, we were impressed throughout by the kind staff, top-notch service and friendly, relaxed atmosphere. Every meal was amazing and a highlight of the stay. It's rare to find somewhere that ticks every box, but this place does. We'll definitely return. A big thank you to the whole team for making it so special!

The only things that could be better were the limited soft drink choices at the soda station and the laundry cost. More than 30 euros a day for two adults and two kids felt quite unreasonable, especially when you think about the bill for a whole week. Even so, this is the number one family resort in my mind now. We spent seven nights here and really enjoyed it. There's so much for both parents and children to enjoy, from great main dishes and sweets to a wonderful swimming pool that really works for all ages. The garden is huge, with a great kids' playground, and there are lots of sports activities for family fun. :)

Thank you, Frank, for your upbeat and caring hospitality, even after 21 years. And thanks to Christian, Kaja, Richard and everyone else who works so hard to make the experience run smoothly. You can see the care that goes into everything the hotels offer. Hospitality is a tough business that can wear people down, so it says a lot that some people have worked here for 21 years and are treated well.

Really relaxing, and a brilliant experience. The gym was the best part for me, especially Melanie, the trainer. She's very prepared and brings guests good, positive energy.
