Getting there turned into a nightmare. The place is remote, taxis are the only transport, and one from the nearest station costs 120 euros. When a transport problem meant we couldn't arrive, they cancelled the booking and kept my 1,300 dollars. I couldn't reach anyone because there's no front desk and they don't answer. My family and I spent the whole night at the train station with nowhere to sleep, despite booking more than four months ahead. A really bad experience. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The restaurant was welcoming, and its schnitzel was as good as any we had on the trip. We stayed three nights while attending the Austrian F1 at Red Bull Ring and really liked both the apartment and the village. Everything felt clean, authentic, and comfortable. The owners were lovely and made us feel welcome, even with our English and our poor attempts at the local language. Recommended.

The restaurant's menu was pretty rustic, but the food tasted good. The place was spotless, with everything in like-new condition, and you can tell they take real pride in keeping it maintained. It wasn't cheap, but it's a lovely place run by lovely people.

We stayed in one of the apartments. It was quiet, quaint, spacious, and authentic, and the hosts were very helpful. Speaking English was no problem. The little restaurant was superb.
