The owners were very friendly and helpful, and parking was available right in front of the house. Our apartment was spacious, bright, clean, and had fast internet. The old-fashioned house has been nicely renovated and still has plenty of charm. We spent our ski holiday here and would happily come back.

The hosts were kind and ready to help with anything we needed. The apartment was spotless, well equipped for a comfortable stay, and very child and baby friendly. It's ideally located, two minutes from the town centre and just a few minutes from lovely hiking trails. We enjoyed our time in Mauterndorf even more because of this place, and will definitely plan another stay.

We spent a week there, and everything was as expected. The apartments were very clean, and the sauna worked well. Mrs. Maria is a lovely, friendly person. Definitely recommend this place.

Frau Marija, the owner, was incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready with advice or help. Our apartment at Haus Konig was super-equipped, spotless, and incredibly quiet. A really nice place, highly recommended.

After a day skiing, the spacious modern bathroom and its rain shower were especially welcome. We’ve stayed with the König family twice now, and the good things people say about them ring true. Mrs. König is attentive, the apartment has what four people need, and having fresh bread delivered in the morning is a lovely extra. There’s a heated ski room downstairs and parking right outside. We also enjoyed the view of the nearby chapel, and could walk to several good restaurants. The castle is well worth seeing.
