We found this lovely hotel by chance while planning a ski weekend and were delighted with it. The hosts were friendly, the price felt fair, and the spa was a welcome place to warm up after skiing. Breakfast was generous, and the very dog-friendly atmosphere was a real bonus. We’d happily return.

I first stayed here nine years ago, and even then we said we had to come back. I hope the next visit isn’t far off. It’s a charming place for hiking or winter skiing, with spacious, modern rooms and a breakfast buffet that has plenty of everything. We ran out of time to try the spa, unfortunately.
