The snow and the food were the highlights for us. We ate breakfast and dinner every day, and the traditional Austrian dishes were delicious. After long days in the mountains, the steam room was wonderful too. The hotel has large rooms and lovely views, and everyone was friendly. It's a little outside town, but the ski bus made getting to the slopes easy. The train station is about a 15-minute walk away, and you can take it into town with your ski pass. It's a request stop, which was fun. We'd stay here again.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean and comfortable, simply furnished and set in a quiet spot. Breakfast was a good buffet, and dinner was very good. The ski bus stops outside, and the spacious boot room is well equipped. On a day away from skiing, Mayrhofen is a pleasant 20-minute walk. I'd stay again.

The sauna, steam room and relaxation area were pristine, and we really enjoyed them after skiing. The ski locker room was great too. We were on half board, and the food was plentiful and really good. One night my daughter couldn't find anything she liked on the menu, so they made her tomato pasta, which we really appreciated. The hotel was clean, and the hosts and staff were very friendly. I'd be more than happy to return.

They were very happy to provide gluten-free meals, including lovely bread and pastries, and I couldn't have been happier with that. Most of the food was healthy and filling, just what you need on a ski trip. The rooms are big, with plenty of storage, and the spa has a nice relaxation area. The ski room even has tools for adjusting skis and snowboards. The ski bus stops outside. WiFi measured 38 Mbps download, 21 Mbps upload, and 158 ms ping.

After skiing in Austria for 40 years, I've come to expect a lot, and this small, intimate family-run hotel is one of the best I've stayed in. The rooms are well appointed, and the skibus stop is only a few metres away. The four-course dinners each evening were fantastic.
