The spa was lovely, and the staff were kind and gracious. I also really enjoyed the background music, thanks for that. Breakfast was absolutely heavenly. Had a really good stay and would definitely come back.

I stayed here with my son. The hotel was very clean and spacious, and conveniently close to both the train station and the lifts. Service was good, and you can hire all your equipment from the hotel. There's a restaurant downstairs, and the spa and open pool are the cherry on top.

The spa area, including the pool, saunas, and gym, only opens from 3-8pm. Our suite was advertised with a Marshall bluetooth speaker, but when I asked, the receptionist acted oblivious. The "heated" towel rack didn't work either. Even after paying an exorbitant amount for the room, we were charged €5 for tea at the bar because "room service" isn't available.

I had arranged a massage, then a friend told me a few hours before that he'd booked for the same time. Reception insisted I hadn't made a booking and said it couldn't have happened if it wasn't on their paper. They didn't apologize, take responsibility, or try to find a solution. Horrible manners for a place that prides itself on service.

The restaurant food was brilliant, good value, and served in large portions. The hotel was pristine, and you can tell the owner is proud of it: she's often pitching in, while the welcoming staff do everything they can for guests. For apres-ski, there's a rooftop pool and several steam rooms and saunas. It's also an excellent base for skiing the mountain. A faultless hotel experience.
