The location is great, the room was large and comfortable, though old and decorated in 1950s style. Breakfast was decent and the spa was nice. Everything was super average, so I can’t really complain about those things. But we’ve never felt so unwelcome while traveling as we did at Pramstraller. We won’t return. Three months before arrival, we asked to have our three rooms close together. They put us on different floors, and it felt like they simply didn’t care about guests’ requests. When we asked for a two hour late checkout in one of the rooms so we could shower after half a ski day, they nearly laughed in our faces and wouldn’t even consider it. Their motto should be: don’t ask for anything or bother the team, they don’t care about your stay.

Thanks to the kitchen for being flexible with our requests, and to the staff who helped find the owner of the skis we took by mistake. The ice around the bus station in front of the hotel needs to be cleared, it’s very dangerous.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Pramstraller. The family made us feel at home, and the food and service were great. Having the same table for every meal was a nice touch. Our superior double room was spotless and had a lovely view. The sauna area was pleasant, and the location was handy for the train station while still being quiet. Parking was included, and we could borrow e-bikes for free. Nothing negative comes to mind.

The family running the hotel were so kind and helpful. They gave us a hand when my husband hurt his knee and when we had trouble with lost skis. Our room was spacious, clean, newly done, and had everything we needed. The hotel itself is beautiful and cared for down to the small details. Breakfast was great, and the spa has lots of facilities. It's in a peaceful spot, yet only five minutes from the Main Street. We had a lovely stay and will come back next time.

The free ski bus, line A, stops right outside and gets you to the Penken and Ahorn lifts in under five minutes. The train station is an easy walk of less than ten minutes away. We had a wonderful Christmas at Hotel Pramstraller, with warm, friendly service, clean and comfortable rooms, and brilliant sauna facilities. We also really liked the restaurant. Looking forward to staying here again.
