Elizabeth made us feel right at home, and was such a friendly, accommodating host. The rustic hotel is close to the Penkenbahn lift and town centre. Two of us stayed at the end of the 24/25 season, and we enjoyed it enough to plan another visit at the start of 25/26 with a group of eight.

We went with 10 friends and had a really good time. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious, with comfortable beds. The shower was a little small but worked well, with a strong flow. The ski lifts are very close, which is handy when you're wearing ski boots. There's also a small ski room, accessible from inside and outside with a lock, with heated boot racks and room for skis. This is the best pension I've stayed at so far. Highly recommended.

We have already returned three times and will certainly come back again. The prices are very reasonable, and the breakfast is wonderful with plenty to choose from. Some rooms could use updating, though the place has an authentic Austrian feel. Mr. and Mrs Tipotsch are incredibly friendly and go out of their way to make guests feel at home.

Elisabeth was an outstanding host and went above and beyond with her service. Breakfast was great and well worth getting up for. You can walk to the main gondola, bars, and restaurants, and there's a room for skis and snowboards with a boot rack.
