The Ski-Bus stops right across the street, which worked well for our winter skiing trip. We had one of the renovated rooms and found the place solid. Older, unrenovated rooms are there too, but I can't say what those are like.

We booked through a WeSki package holiday and had a fantastic stay. The rooms were warm, roomy and comfortable, and housekeeping kept everything to a high standard. The ski bus stops right outside, while Penkenbahn is about a 12-minute walk away. The staff were friendly. Nothing to fault.

The breakfast was generous and delicious, and the balcony views were lovely to wake up to. We had a junior suite that worked great for two, with a kitchenette, lounge, bedroom, shower and toilet. It's an amazing aparthotel, and we'd definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

The owners made us feel welcome, and the place has a really nice atmosphere. From there, it's a five-minute ski bus ride or a 15-minute walk to Penkenbahn. Just be aware that room condition varies: the renovated ones are fantastic, while the older ones look quite dated.

The Thalerhof team’s hospitality was a big part of our snowboarding week in Mayrhofen. We started the days with great breakfasts, then had comfortable rooms to rest in before heading back to the slopes the next morning.
