The garden is lovely for relaxing, and the quiet surroundings are beautiful. There are hiking and walking trails nearby, plus a magical golf course about 10 minutes away. Service was thoughtful and helpful, and the food was good.

The wooden details in the rooms and the terrace made the stay feel cozy and close to nature. Breakfast was a real feast, and dinner was wholesome, though service could feel a little stretched at times. The whole team was professional, accommodating, and attentive to the guest experience, with efficient check-in, check-out, and daily room cleaning. The hotel itself has a peaceful, relaxed mountain atmosphere. Its partner, 5 star hotel Schwarz, has a much busier, family-oriented feel with over 400 guests, though its spa is pleasant. Bike hire and gym access there are outstanding. A lovely place for a quiet retreat in the Austirna mountains.

We had a delicious breakfast and dinner, and the staff were attentive. The chalet has a lovely alpine style and sits in a beautiful mountain setting. Barweiss is easy to reach by regional bus from Innsbruck train station. The grounds are a nice place to unwind with a cold beer.

The garden is beautiful and the staff were friendly. We first came for breakfast, which was really good, with lots of vegan choices and fresh, healthy food. We've also been for dinner in recent weeks, and that was excellent!

A great base for hiking, with good parking. The place is all built of wood, and the locally produced food includes plenty of vegetables. Everyone was friendly, including the staff, and they make it easy to feel comfortable.
