A-ROSA Ifen Hotel Kleinwalsertal

The kids had a great time in the pool, and the wellness area was just right for unwinding after a day on the slopes. Getting to the ski school and rental takes about a minute on foot, and the ski bus and slopes are easy to reach from there. Our room was roomy and comfortable, and everything worked as it should. Staff were friendly and efficient, and we felt well looked after. It was all organized smoothly for our family, and we’d gladly return. The one thing that could be better is the room temperature: the default setting is quite warm and difficult to adjust.

The spa made it easy to relax, and dinner was outstanding. Breakfast had plenty of choice too. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the location and views made each morning feel special. Staff could have been a bit friendlier sometimes, but I had a delightful stay and would absolutely recommend Hotel A-ROSA Ifen Kleinwalsertal. I’ll be back.

We were happy with the food and spa, and the common areas were in superb condition. The two large pools and spa were lovely places to relax. Still, for the price, the value could be better. We’ve stayed at hotels that were better and much more reasonably priced. The service was the reason for our two stars. On arrival, we didn’t get the welcome drinks we’d paid for or the promised hot wet towels, though other guests received towels that day. Reception didn’t introduce us to the hotel or its facilities. Our room wasn’t ready, so we were told to wait at the restaurant, but it didn’t open for another 1.5 hours. At breakfast, a waiter cleared our table while we were at the buffet for a few minutes, despite our full coffee cups and untouched bread showing we weren’t finished. That was far below what I’d expect from a five-star hotel.

The interior looked amazing, and the spa facilities were spacious and impressive. The staff were kind and the food was good. Massages were just okay, though. Otherwise, it felt very nice and luxurious.
