The views from the hotel were lovely, and hiking trails were easy to get to. Everything was clean, which made the stay comfortable. We were especially impressed by how kind all the staff and the owners were during our week there. It was our first hotel vacation with our daughter, and they made things easy for us, with toddler-friendly touches, a nice playroom, and special meals for little ones. The food was incredible and high quality. The owner chose wines that paired perfectly with each dinner. The whole team made our vacation wonderful, and we’re already looking forward to coming back. A big thank you to everyone!

The mountain views were stunning, and the food was good. Staff were very friendly, too. Both the hotel and the spacious rooms were kept very neat. A great place.

The wellness area was excellent, and the rooms were huge compared with other hotels. The hotel is close to the ski lifts, easy to reach, and has friendly staff. There’s not enough parking, and the room curtains could look nicer. Breakfast and dinner buffets could also offer more choice.

I booked a two-day trip at The Haller's Genuss & Spa Hotel in Mittelberg, Austria, and was really impressed by the customer service. Circumstances beyond our control meant we couldn’t stay, but the hotel handled the situation with great courtesy. They were understanding, very polite, and generously waived the cancellation fee. The professionalism was outstanding. I’ll make sure to stay there next time I’m nearby. Can’t wait! Miss Chang

The kitchen was excellent, and the rooms were a good size. After a day on the slopes, the pool and sauna were a great way to unwind. Bus lines serving the three main pistes nearby were easy to reach.
