Loft7

Loft 7, owned by the Heim family, felt like home from the first minute, with a breathtaking view of the surrounding nature. The hostess was so friendly and welcoming, and everything seemed just right. It's especially good with children, from the Playmobil castle in the playroom to the lovely felt swing by Mohr Polster for children aged 4 to 24 months in the living room. The location is ideal too, near the Bödmen-Baad ski school and the Willam grocery store. It's a spacious apartment, and one of the best places we've stayed. I've rarely seen such tasteful furnishings, with designer pieces and high quality carpentry.

The biggest problem was the ground floor residents. They felt disturbed by our one-year-old's running around and complained several times during the week, the last time loudly and irritably. At checkout, we were also told to take our rubbish, including the recycled paper, with us. That's unusual for a holiday apartment in my experience, and it left a bad final impression. We won't be back. Loft7 is spacious, modern and can accommodate up to eight people. Two of the eight beds are in a children's room accessed through one of the three twin bedrooms. That room opens onto the dining and living area, which is convenient with small children. The place is generally built and furnished to a high standard, with a few small flaws: LED drivers mounted on the plaster at eye level, and open power cables visible above a false ceiling in one bedroom, though they're not accessible. The hosts were professionally friendly, and the apartment was nice despite those small defects. The living situation with the ground floor party was unsatisfactory, and I wouldn't call the place suitable for families with small children.

The gondola and cross-country trails are an easy walk away, and shopping is only 250 meters on foot. The apartment is very spacious, so even with several guests everyone can find some privacy. Great location, quiet, and parking on site.

The hosts made us feel more like friends visiting than guests, with their warm welcome, helpfulness and backpack full of great tips. The loft-style apartment is beautiful, spacious, furnished with loads of care and equipped to a high standard. There are private areas too, so it was easy to relax. Absolutely recommend it, and I'd happily stay again!
