We had a really nice winter weekend at this hotel. The service was excellent, the room was well equipped, and the bathroom was very clean with a brand new shower. Wi-Fi was extremely fast, the dinners were amazing, and there was a ski boot heater in the ski room. The small wellness area with sauna was included in the accommodation, along with lots of other little touches. The owners are a Hungarian family and very pleasant to spend an evening with at the bar 😂 The location was great too, just a few meters from the ski slope, which connects to the whole Kitzbühel ski area. Thanks for a great weekend in Austria. We’ll definitely come back with the whole family!

It was -7° outside, and a friend and I had more than an hour to wait for our bus, so I asked if we could sit inside the lobby. The answer was a quick “No, only for hotel guests,” then he turned away and walked off. We weren’t treated like human beings. Very rude people.

We return every year, so this is probably the best spot for a winter holiday. The rooms are large, the service is good, and the food is great. You can ski in too.

We had to stop here in an emergency, but got no help. Even though we offered money and had a valid health certificate, an impolite service person still wouldn’t help us.

I only stopped in at the bar. The staff were working hard, and the beer was good quality.
