The breakfast was horrible, and the room was far too noisy from 07:00 because it was right by the breakfast room. It was also too hot, with thin walls and poor insulation. They don't take card payments, and they didn't provide a receipt when I paid cash.

It's a nice hotel, but be careful on business trips: they may charge your card for another traveler's costs. Before we traveled, we agreed by email that my personal card would cover only my own expenses. My colleague hadn't entered any card details on his booking, which wasn't mine. At checkout, they said I'd be paying for my two nights, but the invoice showed they'd also charged me a cancellation fee for that colleague because they said they had no other payment option. After a month of emails, they still wouldn't refund me unless my employer paid the other person's costs. I ended up sorting it out internally with my company. In more than 20 years of corporate travel, I've never encountered this kind of incident or such unwillingness to resolve it.
