The apartment was comfortable and spotless, with a fantastic view over the valley and mountains. The owners were really friendly and helpful, too. You can reach lots of beautiful places in nature by car. Just make sure the brakes are in good shape! In winter, snow chains are necessary. We especially recommend Königsee, Salzburg, and Salzbergwerk Berchtesgaden.

We had such a lovely time at this country house, with its warm atmosphere and fantastic views, often from above the clouds. We’d definitely come back. If you’re going in winter, remember to bring snow chains.

We had a great stay here with our two children, aged 0 and 3. The apartments are beautiful, furnished with care and attention to detail. With the Tennengebirge mountains right nearby, it’s a great base for hiking, and in summer you can cool off with a swim in the pool afterward.

They got back to us quickly whenever we had a question, and we were very happy with our stay. The room was great and had modern appliances, including a Siemens cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher, plus plenty of kitchen utensils. Fresh bread rolls were delivered every morning at 7:30. We’d book here again without hesitation.
