It's really clean, modern, bright, and fresh. An amazing place to stay! We can't wait to come back.

The hotel is very nice, and the room and location were great. There's a good garage for bicycles. There isn't a reception on site, but staff respond very quickly on WhatsApp. The only downside is the price, it's expensive.

The best part was the amazing in-room sauna. The apartments were impeccably clean, and the location was good, about cca 15min walking on the beach. Having parking was a huge convenience, and the shared kitchen with appliances was a great bonus. Late check-in was a minor inconvenience, but the positives outweighed it. I had a great stay in the apartments by Lake Mondsee and highly recommend them for a wonderful visit amid the beautiful surroundings of Lake Mondsee.

The owner of this facility is a liar and a thief. I booked a 2 bedroom apartment through booking.com, where the property was listed as suitable for guests with disabilities. After I booked, the owner texted me the booking details and said the apartment was on the third floor and the facility had no elevator. I told him that didn't match the listing on booking.com. He apologized and said the information there had been misrepresented. Since I had a guest with a disability, I immediately asked him to cancel the booking, and I also requested cancellation through booking. Booking contacted the property owner many times, but he refused to refund the reservation money. This is the first time I've seen an owner deal with customers this way.
